1. What's the difference between your static website and a flash website?

*The difference is clearly the animation factor. A flash website is more animated than your static website. Examples of a flash animation would be scrolling text, fading photos or moving objects. Your static site is comprised of HTML pages and the only interactivity would be with the use of Javascript or Flash.

2. What is web hosting and fees?

*A web host is a internet service that houses your website making it accessible to everyone via the World Wide Web for a monthly fee. Depending on who your web host is will determine your monthly cost.

3. If I choose your services, what's the next step?

*Once the scope of the project is laid out and we are in agreement with the price, a contract is drafted and signed by both parties. This contract includes the services expected, timeline to complete same, and terms of agreement. Work will then begin once 1/2 the total cost is paid. The final payment is due upon completion of the project.

4. How do we communicate?

*We will communicate by phone, email, or in person. This of course depends on your place of residence.

5. Do I have to provide anything for web design and development?

*Yes, you are responsible for providing all information. This would include information concerning a biography, photos, music or any other info needed to complete the job.

6. How much does it cost to design and develop a website?

*This varies depending on the scope of the project. What's taken into consideration is the number of pages requested, whether it's a static website, flash or ecommerce and if forms are included. Once all this information is gathered a price is then calculated.

7. How are payments made?

*Payments can be made through a paypal account, check, money order or cash.

8. What if I need updates or site maintenance?

*Site maintence is provided and is based on the designer's hourly rate. So depending on the updates you request or the problems you may encounter, the price is calculated by the length of time it takes to complete the task.
